Leigh — Owner. Stylist. Colorist. (not accepting new clients at this time)
Leigh was born and raised in Michigan. She moved to Colorado in 1998 and pursued her cosmetology license shortly thereafter. She has filled her career with continuing education from Bumble and Bumble University in NY, Graham Webb Academy in California, and Schwarzkopf in Colorado to name a few. She has also added make-up artist to her list of certifications from Cammua in California. This keeps her up to date on the latest styles and trends as well as keeping her passionate about hair and make-up.
Leigh prides herself on communicating well with clients to give them the cut, color or make-up that matches their personality and lifestyle. If there was one way to describe how she likes to approach work, life, family and play, it would be striving for balance.

Hi! My name is Tammy and I've been doing hair for over 20 years. Even though many of those years have been spent working in cities like San Francisco and Minneapolis, I am now dedicated to making the Vail Valley a more beautiful place. Over the years, I have specialized in both cutting and coloring but now I do it all! I really enjoy the creativity of being involved in all aspects of the finished look. I believe that continuing education is the key to being a successful stylist/colorist and I've made it a priority to attend as many ongoing classes as I am able. I've recently discovered my passion for teaching. I've had the opportunity to teach a few balayage classes and I am very grateful for that. I believe in communicating with my clients to give them a look that not only makes them feel confident and beautiful but is easy for them to maintain at home.

MK — Stylist. Colorist. Wedding Stylist.
MK's number one goal is to help you LOVE your hair - whatever that means to you. Short, long, colored or natural, MK delivers an experience you won't forget. Before she lifts a pair of scissors or plugs in an iron, she takes the time to get to know you and to understand your needs and wants so that you end up with a look that really works for you. She is committed to giving you the look YOU want. MK loves working with her clients to come up with styles that suit their personality. As a master of her craft, she is constantly studying and researching the latest techniques and trends. She's not afraid to try new things (if her clients are up for it!) - but she's also willing to give you the same ‘do’ every time if that's what you love. MK is a master stylist specializing in wedding styling. If you’re looking for a cut, color or style, she does it all.
Continuing education is very important to MK. She went to an AVEDA concept school in Milwaukee and has additional certifications through continued coursework. Some classes she has taken include: The Undone Updo, Keratin Complex Smoothing treatment, Goldwell Fierce Formulations, Goldwell Blond Enlightenment, American Crew Mens Cutting, Graham Webb Classic Cutting and Product Knowledge.
MK grew up in Hartland, Wisconsin and recently moved to the Valley. When she's not at the salon, MK enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping and reading.
Kelsey Holland — Stylist. Colorist.
Hi friends, I’m Kelsey! I’ve been in the industry for 6 years and I love it now more than ever! Since graduating at Aveda in Denver, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work with such talented stylists and I’m now excited to be here in Eagle! My goal is to have you looking great and feeling even better about yourself as you leave my chair. My passion truly lies within blonding and those bright fun fashion colors!
Natalie Woodall — Stylist.
Natalie is pleased to call Fusion Hair Studio home after being in the industry for over 20 years. She has a deep passion for the art of style and continually familiarizes herself with the latest trends and practices. Natalie began her career in New York City where she trained and worked at the famed John Barrett Salon in Bergdorf Goodman, specializing in cutting and styling. While in New York, she had the opportunity to work with many elite celebrities including Carly Simon, Kyra Sedgwick, and Martha Stewart. She was fortunate to be a stylist for the weddings of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones as well as James Taylor. After leaving New York City, she fell in love with Colorado and landed in Denver where she built a strong clientele with whom she continues her relationships. Having started a family, she kept moving further west to provide her two boys everything the mountains have to offer. She is happy to be call Eagle her forever home and is truly a part of this beautiful community. We can’t wait for you to be in her chair!
