The professionals at Fusion Hair Studio provide the greatest quality of hair services available. In order to do so we ask that our clients abide to the following policies and procedures.
Everyone at Fusion Hair Studio is dedicated to making you feel comfortable in the salon and happy with your hair. We encourage you to work with any and all stylists. If for any reason, whether it be price, availability or any other reason, please ask your current stylist or the front desk coordinator for a recommendation.
We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late for your appointment, however, please be aware that your stylist may not have time to provide you with the full scheduled service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to provide you with the best possible service.
Life happens. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. No shows will be charged in full and appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we respectfully request that children are not left unattended.
We are pleased to provide a one week adjustment period for all services for your complete satisfaction.
Fusion Hair Studio accepts cash, checks and major credit cards. All returned checks are subject to a $25 return fee.
