Our Team

Everyone at Fusion Hair Studio is dedicated to making you feel comfortable in the salon and happy with your hair. We encourage you to work with any and all of our stylists. If for any reason, whether it be price, availability or anything else, please ask your current stylist or the front desk coordinator for a recommendation.

Our Guarantee

We are pleased to provide a one week adjustment period for all services for your complete satisfaction.

Timing

We will do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late for your appointment; however, please be aware that your stylist may not have time to provide you with the full scheduled service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to provide you with the best service possible. This will be considered a no show and you will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling

Life happens. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Safety/Children

ATTENTION: WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW KIDS CUTS. Children’s appointments may not be booked online. Please call the salon to book all kid’s cuts. Kid’s cuts may not be booked under parents names online. Thank you for your understanding. For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we respectfully request that children are not left unattended. Any kids running around the salon are at risk of getting a pink mohawk!

Payments

Fusion Hair Studio accepts cash, checks and major credit cards. All returned checks are subject to a $25 return fee.
